Lady Cardinals defeat the Lady Hilltoppers

On January 12th, the Chrisman Lady Cardinals were on the road to take on the Schlarman Lady Hilltoppers.
In the first quarter, Chrisman’s Addison Phipps, Makenzie Mitchell and Olivia Radke teamed up to give the Lady Cardinals a 9-8 lead.
In the second, Schlarman’s Karlee Belton, Emma Myers and Emma Osterbur weren’t going to allow the Hilltoppers to fall far behind as they trailed 15-14 going into halftime.
In the third, Olivia Radke took control sinking two three pointers, extending the Cards’ lead to 26-20 over Schlarman.
In the fourth, the Hilltoppers scored just three points to Chrisman’s fourteen and the Chrisman Lady Cardinals were victorious over the Lady Hilltoppers with a final score of 40-23.
For Chrisman, Olivia Radke led with sixteen points, followed by Taylor Jones with seven. Makenzie Mitchell and Addison Phipps finished the game with four points each. Mitchell also had eight rebounds and five blocks.
Whitnie Haton and Jaidyn Alexander ended the game with three points each. Alexander also had five steals in the game.
Adaleyn Miller had two points and Bailey Presslor had one.
For Schlarman, Emma Myers led with nine points, followed by Izzy Bogen with five points and Maddie Watson with three points.
Karlee Leton, Deanna Linares and Emma Osterbur ended the game with two points each.
