Lady Cards Defeat Heritage, Lose Brinkley against Raiders

The Chrisman Lady Cardinals were on the road for their match against the Lady Hawks of Heritage on December 7th.
In the first quarter, Chrisman’s Alivia Brinkley, Taylor Jones, Jaidyn Alexander and Olivia Radke gave the Lady Cards a 10-7 lead.
In the second, the Cards sank another eighteen to give them a 28-9 lead going into halftime.
In the third quarter, Alivia Brinkley, Taylor Jones and Jaidyn Alexander worked together to extend the Cardinals lead to 37-20.
In the fourth, the Heritage Hawks were held to just six points. The Lady Cards soared away with a 52-26 victory over Heritage.
For Chrisman, Alivia Brinkley led with fifteen points. Brinkley also had eight steals in the game and was named ‘Player of the Game’ by Max Preps. Taylor Jones finished the game with thirteen points, followed by Olivia Radke with nine and Jaidyn Alexander with six.
Bailey Presslor ended the game with four points, followed by Whitnie Haton with three and Adaleyn Miller with two points.
On December 8th, the Chrisman Lady Cardinals hosted the Iroquois West Lady Raiders. In the first quarter, the Chrisman Lady Cardinals started off strong with a lead of 7-4.
Chrisman’s Alivia Brinkley was taken out of the game with a potential concussion late in the first quarter. This injury to one of their main players shook the Cardinals.
In the remainder of the game, the Lady Cards would only score seven points. The Lady Raiders took the victory over the Lady Cards with a score of 40-14.
For Chrisman, Makenzie Mitchell led with four points, followed by Olivia Radke with three. Taylor Jones and Jaidyn Alexander each finished the game with two points.
For Iroquois West, Shea Small led with twelve points, followed by Abby Kraft with seven and Kynnedi Kanosky with six. Aubrey Wagoner and Ilyana Navarro had three points each. Jaylee Copas ended the game with two points and Kenzie Tammen had one point.
