Chrisman Crime Report

•Minerva R. Gibson, 44, Chrisman, was charged with a Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.
The case went to the public defender and a not guilty plea with a jury trial demand was made. The matter was set for a pretrial conference.
•Jessica M. Kurtz, 37, Brocton, was charged and pleaded not guilty with a jury trial demand to a Class A misdemeanor driving on a suspended license.
She told the court she will hire a private attorney and the matter was continued for a pretrial conference.
•Daniel R. Harbour, 39, Chrisman, pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor criminal damage to property charge.
He was sentenced to eight days in jail to be served as electronic home monitoring with credit for one day previously served, one year of conditional discharge, a $400 fine, court costs and various state fees.
In exchange for the guilty plea, the state dismissed a Class 3 felony aggravated battery and a Class A misdemeanor battery charges.
