On Wednesday, April 6th the Chrisman Softball team traveled to take on Blue Ridge. The Lady Cards struggled as Blue Ridge scored at lease one run in every inning, resulting in a four inning home non-conference win.
Blue Ridge’s Farrah Michaels went three for three with a double, four RBI’s and two stolen bases out of the leadoff spot. Ashlyn Voyles was two for three with a home run, three RBI’s and two runs scored. Cassie Zimmerman went two for three with two runs scored and a triple. Alexis Wike went two for three, two runs scored and two stolen bases, significantly factored into their win.
Lilian Enger threw four shut out innings for Blue Ridge, allowing only two hits and striking out seven.
Chrisman’s Piper Knight and Olivia Radke each went one for two for Chrisman, with Knight doubling.
