The 8th grade trip will be Friday, May 27th to Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana. The 8th grade class will also have class shirts designed and printed in the near future.
In order to fund the trip and the shirts, each student will need to raise $100. This amount pays for the bus expenses (fuel and driver), Holiday World tickets, lunch at Holiday World and money towards supper and t-shirts.
To help the students raise money, they will be selling the best of both worlds: Chrisman Cardinals and Chrisman-Scottland Eagles gear.
The fundraiser is organized by a domain called Fan Cloth. Some may remember this was the same company used last year for the Junior High Activities Club.
This fundraiser is easy for everyone. Here’s why: All ordering and payment is done online. You don’t have to worry about keeping track of an order form or losing money for your order.
Items ship directly to customers. You don’t have to worry about picking up the items at school and delivering them.
The profit earned is based on the total amount of items sold. The more items sold, the more the 8th grade earns.
For example, if all 26 students sell 13 items each, their class will earn $2,704, which will pay for everyone’s trip and t-shirts (338 items x $8.00 profit per item).
The store will be open through April 15th. Customers/supporters will need to type or select the 8th graders name in order for them to receive credit for the sale.
