•Joseph W. Christopher, 30, Chrisman, was in custody for his sentencing hearing after his probation sentence was revoked for a Class 2 felony aggravated battery of a police officer and a Class 3 felony aggravated battery convictions and sentencing for his three counts of a Class 4 felony unlawful use of automobile registration, a Class 4 felony criminal trespassing to a residence, a Class A misdemeanor aggravated fleeing from police and a Class A misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic syringe convictions. He requested impact incarceration and the matter was continued for a new sentencing hearing. Christopher was remanded to custody.
•Austin T. Coombes, 37, Chrisman, appeared in custody. His Class 3 felony unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and a Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance charges were continued for the preliminary hearing.
Coombes will remain in custody pending posting of bond.
•Dustin Meinecke, 43, Chrisman, appeared in custody. He was charged with a Class A misdemeanor violation of a bail bond, a Class A misdemeanor criminal trespassing to a residence and a Class A misdemeanor domestic battery. The public defender was appointed and a not guilty plea with a jury trial demand was entered. The matter was continued for a pretrial conference.
•Jordan K. Myers, 24, Metcalf, was in custody. He was charged with a Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and a Class 1 felony criminal sexual assault.
The public defender was appointed and the preliminary hearing was scheduled. Bond for Myers was set at $50,000
