Chrisman Library News

We had a lot of fun the last couple of Friday and Saturday nights during Scare on the Square! The Library is grateful to a lot of volunteers!
First of all, we must thank the Haunted House masters, Lori and Rob Mallory. They have been the main organizers and managers for the Scare on the Square for many years. They are truly imaginative and great designers.
The haunted house changes every year! We really appreciate their hard work and that they let the library benefit from this event.
We also appreciate that they have a kids hour where the younger ones can enjoy a walk through with some lights on and a little less scary drama. Thank you!
We also want to thank the volunteers who were outdoors to help with the people waiting to go in: Greg Lientz, Kyle Lientz, Kristen Phipps, Mary Rank, Gerry Collett and Rick Jenness. Thank you to Lori’s sister also. Just a BIG thank you from the librarians Cheri and Beth!
We cannot identify the many teenage actors who made the Scare what it is. They don’t want to be doxxed! But a BIG thank you to all of you. Good Job! You were very scary!
