•Ashley Harbour, 34, Chrisman, pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor driving on a suspended license charge. She was sentenced to a $300 fine, court costs and various state fees.
•Dustin E. Meinecke, 42, Chrisman, pleaded not guilty with a jury trial demand to two counts of a Class A misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol charges. The matter was continued for a pretrial conference.
•Amanda Smith, 40, Hume, appeared in custody. She was granted a motion to modify her jail sentence for a petition to revoke her probation sentence for a Class A misdemeanor domestic battery conviction. In another matter, Smith pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, court costs and various state fees. Smith as remanded to custody.
•Joshua Nieves, 28, Paris, failed to appear in court. In his absence, the preliminary hearing was held and the public defender entered a not guilty plea with a jury trial demand on behalf of his client to a Class 2 felony aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, a Class 2 felony burglary and two counts of a Class 3 felony unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. An arrest warrant was issued.
